Taking care of your registration are members of our registration team who have been tasked to coordinate and act as your Registration Coordinators (Regcor). The following are your registration coordinators:

Focal Points

As your Regcor assists you from the side of the Secretariat, we would like to request Area Heads in various countries to designate at least one focal point from your area to take care of participants from your side. Among other things, the focal point will be in charge in collecting payment from the participants and remitting the collected amount to the conference bank account. If need be, he or she should also complete the form on behalf of the participants who need assistance, e.g. those who do not use or do not have a computer, etc.
