Couples for Christ

Couples for Christ (CFC) is an international Catholic association working for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life. It currently has about 700,000 adult members and 300,000 kids and youth members spread all over the world. It started as a small group of 16 couples within the organization "Ligaya ng Panginoon" in the Philippines in 1981. It became independent in 1991, and in 2000, was granted recognition by the Holy See as a private international association of the lay faithful of pontifical right (Pontifical Recognition).
